  • One cube of processed cheese
  • Salt to Taste and two tablespoons olive oil

  • Half diced onion

How to Prepare:

On a medium flame, heat two tablespoons of olive oil. Shallow fry the onion till golden brown and add salt and pepper to taste. Break open the eggs in the pan and stir immediately to keep lumps from forming. Grate the cube of cheese on top and finish off by adding fresh cream. Stir and pack these scrambled eggs with a piece of brown bread or roti.

Blueberry smoothie

A smoothie is a fun way to consume breakfast and yet keep it fun. Stock different berries and some Greek yoghurt at home and you will never be short of options for breakfast!


  • One bowl of blueberries
  • A glass of milk
  • Three tablespoons fresh cream
  • Two teaspoons sugar

How to Prepare:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Add whipped cream if required. You can make the smoothie with multiple options like strawberry, raspberries or even other fruits!

Chicken broccoli alfredo pasta

This is one recipe that is super easy to implement and can be extremely filling.


  • 100 grams brown fusilli pasta
  • Shredded pieces of chicken
  • Grated cheese
  • Fresh cream- one bowl
  • Broccoli 200 grams
  • Olive oil- 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic- 3 cloves

How to Prepare:

Boil water for eleven minutes and drop in the cut pieces of broccoli for 6 minutes. Remove and immediately insert in cold water. Boil pasta till soft. In a pan, add olive oil and cut pieces of garlic. Stir till golden brown and add cream, salt, chicken and the pasta. Sprinkle grated cheese and add broccoli to the pasta.
