Grate a little bit of cheese on top and insert the filling in the pockets. Try bean and cheese as a combination, your kids will eat happily and the snack will also pack a good nutritional punch.
Hummus and Pita
Hummus can be easily prepared at home and all you need is tahini and chick peas. Made from pureed chickpeas, hummus is an excellent dip for kids.
